Wow I think I am off to a great start with my new blog. I have plenty of postings and willl post plenty more. Today I want to talk about and discuss somthing I think you might like. Which is this new acne book I read to help you clear your face if your a suffer I am by the way. Only been dealing with it for 12 years. So I had to buy this book, when I seen it while just shopping around. I think it's great they tell you amazing things about your diet and how it affects your pores ect. Also I have changed a lot of bad foods and drink i used to consume on a daily basis like like soda.
